5. Strict 7-Day Return & No-Open Parcel Policy

We offer a 7-Day Return Policy strictly subject to the following unbreakable conditions:

7-Day Window: Return requests must be formally submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of physical delivery.
Strict No-Opening Policy:
- The original courier packaging, product seals, manufacturer packaging, tamper-evident labels, and outer boxes MUST REMAIN COMPLETELY UNOPENED, UNBROKEN, AND UNDAMAGED.
- Zero Tolerance: Any parcel, bottle, mechanical part box, or electrical component packaging that has been opened, unsealed, tampered with, tested, or installed is STRICTLY NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances due to safety, quality, and contamination hazards.
Proof of Purchase: A valid original receipt or online order number is required.

6. Protection Against Financial Loss on Returns & Shipping Charges

To ensure that the Website owner and Global Trading Company suffer zero financial loss or deficiency arising from returns, cancellations, or refused deliveries, the following financial conditions strictly apply:

Shipping & Handling Costs Non-Refundable: Initial delivery fees, shipping costs, and handling charges incurred during dispatch are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
Return Shipping Responsibility: The customer shall be solely responsible for paying all return shipping, courier, and transit charges required to safely send the unopened product back to our facility.
Restocking & Processing Deductions: All approved refunds are subject to mandatory deductions covering return delivery charges, payment gateway processing fees, and restocking costs incurred by the Company.
Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries (COD Orders): If a customer refuses delivery at the doorstep or fails to collect a package from the courier service, the customer remains liable for both dispatch and return shipping expenses incurred by Global Trading Company. The Company reserves the right to recover these costs or restrict the customer from placing future orders.
Condition Verification: If a returned package arrives back at our warehouse damaged, dented, opened, or rendered unsellable during return transit, no refund or store credit will be issued, and the financial loss shall rest entirely with the customer.
